Better Breakfasts

Breakfast is a topic I talk about a lot. It is a meal too often neglected by people who are busy, uninterested, or just uninspired. A quality, nutrient dense breakfast can be made in a matter of minutes and you will reap the rewards all day long. As a holistic nutritionist it is strange to hand a topic off to a Hollywood star but this article from Gwyneth Paltrow’s website has lots of great breakfast ideas and explains the importance of ditching sugary cereals and muffins for nutritionally rich alternatives. And, I have to admit, I now feel slightly cooler about my gluten/dairy/soy/oat free ways!
